"As the closing speaker of our national business conference, Jeff was incredible. His compelling story of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice and the 'power of one' working toward the common goal of guiding the first blind man to summit Mt Everest, was riveting. He left our entire management team energized and eager to take on the challenges that come our way."

MountainVision Breakout Sessions

One of the exciting and effective add-ons to Jeff's MountainVision keynote is hisTeambuilding Breakout Session.

We are happy to offer 2 styles of Sessions for your organization:

Leadership: FC Based Learning
Teambuilding: "Fun Based" Learning

Franklin Covey designed Leadership Training... the most proven training program available.

Jeff is now able to follow his signature MountainVision keynote with a developed, patented breakout session based on Franklin-Covey's designed Everest Training Module. Who better to facilitate such a proven program than the guide himself.

This expanded package, which includes the inspiring and best-selling Everest video along with companion materials, will teach you and your team a whole new mindset about creating greatness. The video segments and detailed Participant Packet will be applied by Jeff in a complete 90 minute leadership workshop. The training will help your leaders unleash every team member's highest contribution toward meaningful organizational goals.

How can this training benefit my team?

  • Enhances and improves leadership and teamwork together
  • Builds problem solving skills for the leader to encourage the team
  • Shows how to increase the level of engagement of the entire group

This workshop, developed by Franklin-Covey and facilitated by Jeff, will enable your group to:

  • Expand upon the leadership theme touched on in the Everest video -- participants learn what it takes to be a great leader, one who enables others to create and sustain great results.
  • Introduce Stephen R. Covey's "Whole-Person Paradigm" with the Leadership in the 21st Century Meeting Opener which enables leaders to see people in their entirety -- body , heart, mind and spirit -- and in turn earn a higher level of employee engagement.
  • Explain the "4 Imperatives of Great Leaders" required to inspire people's highest contribution toward meaningful organizational goals: clarify purpose, align systems, unleash talent and inspire trust.

Through six entertaining, on your feet activities, Jeff is able to emphasize the "need" for collaboration as well as the "fun" of interacting with your colleagues in ways never before realized.

"Teamwork is based on Relationships. Relationships are based on Experience."

Teamwork... what does that word really mean?

Cooperation, collaboration, cohesively working together to achieve a project?... or just simply coexist in a work environment?

In reality teamwork is really about relationships. Watch any group of individuals that work well together and what you will see are good relationships at work. The key to building a teamwork culture is breaking down the interdepartmental and interpersonal barriers that prevent us from being open to one another.

How can our group become a more effective team?

The answer is in building relationships among the team members. We all have relationships. We may tend to think of relationships with work mates as less important than our personal relationships. However, we will spend one third of our lives with the people we work with. That being the case, it would seem wise to cultivate relationships with those individuals that would be conducive to success both individually and as a collective. Am I saying that we should start sharing our personal lives with the workmates in hopes of creating a bond that will contribute to our working better together? No.

Relationships are built on shared experiences not necessarily sharing your personal experiences with your workmates. Mutually shared experiences, particularly those that might be labeled "fun" reveal certain things about our personalities that enable others to determine how best to communicate with us and we with them.

Through the facilitation of 6 different interactive and on-your-feet exercises, each individual will be developing a more 'colorful' relationship with their colleagues. These exercises will help to foster the 'company culture' and send everyone home excited and engaged.
This intense, fun-filled and engaging hour will have everyone in the room experiencing and applying one of the main themes discussed in the MountainVision keynote address...Teamwork.
